Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without any notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit for future bookings. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply.
